Fettle is a UK company with one conviction: nutrition plans fail because they stay still while bodies change. So we built one that doesn’t.
Most apps ask you to log everything, then leave the hard decisions to you. Fettle works the other way round: it decides upfront, adapts weekly, and uses tracking only to refine.

The story
The same conversation, every week, at the pharmacy counter.
Fettle started behind the counter of a community pharmacy. Week after week, the same pattern: people doing everything their plan asked — logging meals, hitting targets — and stalling anyway. Then blaming themselves.
The problem was never discipline. A target calculated in week one describes a body that no longer exists by week six. Every tracker on the market recorded the stall; none of them did anything about it. So we built the tool we couldn’t recommend to patients — because it didn’t exist: a system that recalculates weekly, explains every decision, and finishes the job at the checkout.
